Hello Everyone!

Just a friendly reminder as summer vacation winds down.   There are a few more weeks before the season starts.  So please get this registration done as soon as possible. 

As you know all players are required to register with USA Hockey.   You need to register your daughter every year.   The 2010-2011 registration for USA Hockey is now open.

Please complete the USA Hockey registration and forward the confirmation email to Nick Cardinale and Amy Miller.

The U12 Nighthawk teams wins the MYCL championship.  The Championship game was very close, but the girls came through with a 2-0 win. In the final game, both goals were scored by Haley Cooper with all the girls playing well along side her.   Both teams had good scoring chances, but Shelby played strong and held onto the shutout.  She was outstanding in net through the Championship games shutting out both opponents.

In last weeks game against ABCC, the girls dominated the game with constant fore checking and relentless back checking to shut out a very good scoring team and help Shelby to her first shutout.

We are so very proud of our U12 team for taking the MYCL Championship. 

Way to go girls!!

    AJ SanClemente has graciously volunteered to collect players names that are interested in attending the Pro Ambitions Summer camp this year.  He has talked to the director of Pro Ambitions and negotiated a 10-15% discount group rate for Nighthawk players. 

    Every summer for the last few years some of the girls have attended the Pro Ambitions Summer Camp.   They have really enjoyed the camp and their skills have improved after attending.  

There are two possible camps for the girls:

1. Girls Battle Camp 7/5 - 7/9, 2010  8:30AM - 4:00PM  U10 - U16  $475
 (1/2 day is 350)

2.  Battle Program  8/2 - 8/6, 2010  8:30AM - 4:00PM Pee Wee /Bantam $510
 (1/2 day is 375)
